CONSENT TO RESERVATIONS
1. RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
I accept the conditions of reservation, right of admission and sitting.
Posada del Pelaire, S.C., with NIF J13966031 and address at C/ González Palencia, 56, 44110 Gea de Albarracín (Teruel), as the managing entity of the restaurant Posada del Pelaire, establishes the following conditions for reservations, right of admission and service provision:
- OPENING HOURS
Our restaurant opening hours will always be updated on our website. web.
- SHIFTS OF SERVICE
We do not have fixed service shifts. We serve according to the time at which the reservation is made. At certain times of the year this organisation may be modified; information will be available on the web.
- AFORO
The capacity of the establishment complies with the current regulations applicable to public establishments and recreational activities in the Autonomous Community of Aragon. Posada del Pelaire, S.C. may modify the capacity when necessary to guarantee the quality of the service, the safety of the staff and the well-being of the customers.
- RESERVATION SYSTEM
Access to the establishment's services can be made by prior reservation at the web, by calling 687 525 669 or by direct request at the restaurant. Reservations made by internet or telephone will have priority access. A QR code is available at the entrance for immediate reservations.
- RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
When booking, guests may choose a table according to availability. Tables for four diners can be reserved for a minimum of two people. In case of special needs, please indicate them in the reservation and we will attend to them according to availability.
- SERVICE AND DESK SERVICE (DEPOT)
The establishment may request an amount in euros, which will be deducted from the final amount of the invoice. In the event that the client does not show up at the time of booking, he/she will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid in advance. The conditions of the deposit (amount, deadlines, etc.) will be informed during the booking.
- MINORS
Minors will be allowed access to the premises, the parents or guardians accompanying them being responsible for their actions.
- RULES FOR THE USE OF THE MENU
The restaurant menu is available via QR code and in physical format. The company may offer a limited number of menus, dishes or products depending on availability.
- RULES DURING THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
Toilets must be used individually, taking turns if necessary. Furniture may not be moved without staff authorisation. Activities involving contact with other tables will not be permitted if they affect order or service. For any special requests, please consult the staff.
- PAYMENT OF SERVICES
Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, cash or Bizum. In some cases an advance payment may be requested, which will be deducted from the final amount.
Legislation and conflict resolution
a) Reservations made with Posada del Pelaire, S.C. are subject to Spanish law.
(b) Any dispute or disagreement shall be referred to the courts of Teruel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS
Posada del Pelaire, S.C. reserves the right to request a partial or total advance payment of the amount of the stay through bank transfer, Bizum or bank card. The amount paid will be deducted from the total bill. The rest will be paid on the day of arrival at the accommodation.
Guest registration: A valid ID card or passport is required of all guests at check-in, in accordance with current legislation.

We respond within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your booking free of charge, you must do so at least 30 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise, 100% will be charged to the amount of the reservation.
Cancellation can be made by phone o e-mail, by providing the booking details. The reservation will be held until 08:00 h on the day following the date of arrival; after this time the reservation will be cancelled.
How to book: You can book by phone, email or by using the booking form on the website.
The booking will only be confirmed when the customer receives the booking confirmation by e-mail with the booking number and detailed conditions.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in: from 16:30 to 21:30 (early check-in on request and subject to availability). Departures: until 12:00 (late check-out possible subject to availability).
Accommodation rules: The client undertakes to return the room in the same condition in which it was delivered. A complete inventory of the accommodation is available to the client. Complaint forms are available. The management is not responsible for objects left in the rooms. The client authorises the inclusion of their personal data in an automated file for commercial purposes, under the responsibility of the owner (RGPD policy managed separately). The right of admission is reserved. Document updated in 2025. 3. SALE OF FOOD FOR COLLECTION
- Local collection only; no home delivery.
- Orders by phone or web; confirmation is obligatory to consider the order firm.
- Prices in euros and taxes included; Posada del Pelaire S.C. may update prices, respecting the confirmed prices.
- Ordering and collection times updated in the web.
- Products must be collected at the indicated time; delays may affect quality without right to claim.
- Custom-made food products do not admit a right of withdrawal (art. 103 LGDCU).
- Invoicing available on request by e-mail.
- Responsibility: Posada del Pelaire guarantees quality and safety until delivery; the customer is responsible for storage and subsequent consumption.
4. DATA PROTECTION
The data provided is used for the management of reservations, orders and invoicing. More information in our Privacy Policy or by writing to info@posadadelpelaire.com.
5. LEGISLATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Spanish law applies. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Teruel.
